1 · I build and maintain
The site lives on my infrastructure. Hosting, domain, backups, monitoring and changes all go through a monthly plan, and you don't need to know anything technical. The build costs less because we stay in touch.
Website build, hosting and maintenance for small businesses. I can run it all for you — or hand you the keys and you run it yourself. Either works, as long as we agree up front.

I set everything up in your own accounts — the repository, hosting and CMS are in your name, and the domain and DNS transfer to you. You edit content just as before, only without me. No monthly cost, but no monitoring, backups or support either.

Technical SEO — structured data, meta tags, sitemap and speed — is part of every build and is not charged separately. The standalone SEO package under add-ons applies only to sites I didn't build.
How a project runs
We talk through your idea, goals and budget — no strings attached.
I design the look and structure: how the site will look and how it will be used.
I build it fast, clean and responsive on every screen.
I put everything online: domain, project and a secure certificate.

Hours for small changes don't roll over to the next month. Larger work is quoted separately before it starts — never without your approval.
As needed
No fine print
Work starts once a 40 % deposit is paid, with the rest due on delivery. The site only goes live when the invoice is settled in full — until then it sits on my infrastructure and isn't published under your name. On larger projects, payment is split into three stages.
The deposit isn't refunded. If more work has been done than the deposit covers, it's billed in proportion to what's finished — and everything produced so far is handed over to you.
It's registered in your name and stays yours. On a monthly plan I manage it as the technical contact — renewals, DNS, certificate. If you run things yourself, the domain and DNS transfer to you at handover, free and without delay.
Text, photos and the database are always yours. On a monthly plan the site sits on my infrastructure and you get a content export on request. If you run things yourself, the repository is in your name — you may use and change the code for this site, but not resell it or use it on other projects.
No lock-in — cancel whenever you like, and the plan is billed for another 30 days from notice. If you want to keep the site and run it yourself, the transfer to your accounts is charged by arrangement. Cancel within the first year and you also pay the difference up to the build price without maintenance.
Confirming the quote by email is enough to make the agreement stand — it sets out scope, price and deadline. The agreed price covers that scope; anything not in the quote is estimated and confirmed before work starts.
